AP/Payroll Specialist

Location: North bend Onsite
Salary: $62,000 - $75,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities for the AP/Payroll Specialist:


• Process payroll accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
• Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing and payment administration.
• Maintain employee payroll records and vendor accounts.
• Reconcile payroll, accounts payable, and related general ledger accounts.
• Assist with audits, reporting, and financial documentation.
• Respond to payroll and vendor payment inquiries.

Qualifications for the AP/Payroll Specialist:


• Experience processing payroll and managing accounts payable functions.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and payroll regulations.
• Experience with payroll, accounting, or ERP software systems.
• Ability to manage financial records with a high degree of accuracy.
