Financial Additions is searching for an Accounts Payable Specialist for a contract assignment near Coppell. Quick interview and start!
Responsibilities include:
- Process high-volume invoices (code, match, approvals)
- Vendor management (set up, database management, inquiries)
- Assist with check runs
- Account reconcillation
- Manage/archive support documentation
- 2+ years in AP role
- Good Excel skills, experience using Workday, a plus
- Highly organized and accurate in data entry
- Good communcation skills - both written and verbal
- HIgh school graduate; some college a plus
