Job Title: Temporary AP / Purchasing Clerk
A well-established industrial service company in the Cutoff area is currently hiring a Temporary AP / Purchasing Clerk for an approximately 2-week assignment. This position will assist the Accounts Payable department with purchasing and administrative support duties in a fast-paced office environment.
Pay: $21/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday: 7:00am-4:00pm
Friday: 7:00am-12:00pm
Location: Cutoff, LA
Assignment Length: Approximately 2 weeks
Responsibilities:
• Issue purchase orders (POs) using QuickBooks
• Assist the Accounts Payable Manager with daily tasks and administrative support
• Help maintain purchasing and invoice records
• Communicate with vendors regarding orders and purchasing information
• Assist with data entry and document organization
• Support accounting and office operations as needed
