Duties

Process and verify payment of invoices on a timely basis.
Manage accounts payable functions, including invoicing, collections, and aging analysis
Assist in the establishment and maintenance of an adequate accounting system that reflects the operating cost of the facility.
Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial documents for audit readiness
Serve as the first point of contact at the reception desk, greeting visitors, and direct to appropriate office and/or resident room.
Answer telephone, determine nature of call and direct caller to appropriate individual or department
Assist with administrative duties as directed. (Includes typing, filing, posting accounts, etc.)

Requirements

Ability to perform double-entry bookkeeping accurately while understanding debits & credits in various accounting contexts
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Effective communication skills to interact professionally with vendors, clients, visitors, and team members

Qualifications:

Prior housekeeping experience preferred
If no experience, on-the-job training will be provided
