Accounts Payable Specialist


Cincinnati, OH 45241 | Fully Onsite | $40,000 - $41,000/year (DOE)


Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist looking to join a stable, team-oriented organization? We're seeking a detail-driven professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accurate financial processing.


What You'll Do



  • Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently

  • Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents

  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

  • Prepare weekly check and ACH payment runs

  • Maintain vendor records and ensure accurate documentation

  • Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations

  • Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner

  • Support the accounting team with additional accounting projects as needed


What We're Looking For



  • 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Experience with accounting or ERP systems

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Manufacturing experience is a plus
