Looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-volume AP environment.
What you'll be doing:
Process 1,000-1,200 invoices per month
Weekly check runs
Employee expense reports & check requests
Vendor statement reconciliations
Track preliminary notices
Assist with annual 1099 processing
Support other accounting projects as needed
What we're looking for:
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Construction experience preferred
Viewpoint Vista experience is a plus, not required
Strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Proactive, organized, and team-oriented
