We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Consulting AP Specialist to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This role is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in Accounts Payable and a passion for improving financial processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of Accounts Payable, including data entry, invoicing, vendor management, and financial analysis. This role will also involve working closely with our ERP systems and other accounting software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of Accounts Payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Perform data entry tasks, updating and maintaining financial records in our ERP systems.
• Manage and maintain vendor relationships, handling any inquiries or issues that arise.
• Conduct regular financial analysis, identifying any discrepancies or areas for improvement in our financial processes.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other accounting software to create detailed financial reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve and streamline financial processes.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
• Act as a consultant, providing guidance and support to other team members on all matters related to Accounts Payable.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Experience with data entry and invoicing.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
• Proven experience in vendor management.
• Excellent financial analysis skills.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial team members.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to work well in a team, collaborating with other team members to achieve common goals.
