AP Specialist

Location: Greenfield, IN | Fully In-Office
Salary: $50–65K + 5% Bonus

What you’ll do:

Process AP transactions and ensure accurate invoice processing
Maintain vendor files, documentation, and payment records
Assist with month-end close and other accounting tasks
Support the accounting team as needed

Associate’s degree required
2+ years of AP/accounting experience
Professional, polished communication style
Banking or financial services experience is a major plus
