Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• 
  
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation
• 
  
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies while communicating with vendors and internal departments
• 
  
• Ensure invoices receive proper approvals and are processed in accordance with company policies
• 
  
• Prepare and process weekly payment runs, including ACH, wire, and check payments
• 
  
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate outstanding balances
• 
  
• Assist with month-end close by preparing AP reconciliations and supporting schedules
• 
  
• Maintain organized electronic records and ensure compliance with internal controls
• 
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• 3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
• 
  
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
• 
  
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• 
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• 
  
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and General Ledger coding
• 
  
• Experience with an ERP system is a plus
•
