Accounts Payable Clerk

Our client is experiencing significant growth due to demand across the U.S. and needs additional support from a skilled accounts payable clerk.

What You'll Do

Process high-volume accounts payable invoices daily

Track and maintain invoices, expenses, and warranty documentation

Review and process employee expense reports and check requests

Perform monthly inventory counts and reconciliations alongside the Inventory Specialist

Complete bank and credit card reconciliations

Generate AP aging reports and maintain vendor documentation within the CRM system

Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules as requested

Assist with month-end close activities and accounting projects

Support office operations and cross-functional team initiatives as needed

What We're Looking For

Associate Degree in Accounting required

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred

Understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Self-starter with a proactive approach and positive attitude

PAY: $60,000 to $72,000 annually
