Salary: $58,000-$66,000 per year

What your future day will look like: - Process vendor invoices accurately, including three?way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
- Review invoices for proper approval, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies.
- Resolve discrepancies by working closely with purchasing, warehouse teams, and vendors.
- Prepare and issue vendor payments via ACH, wire, and check according to agreed terms.
- Support month?end close activities, including accruals, cut?off procedures, and aging reports.
- Maintain accounts payable records within SAP, Esker, or a similar ERP and identify process improvements.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:- 2+ years of hands?on Accounts Payable experience in a manufacturing or structured environment
- Experience working within an ERP system, with SAP experience strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and AP workflows
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables
- High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Organized, accountable work style with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
