Kforce has a client that is seeking an AP Staff Accountant in Saint Charles, MO.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

Cash reconciliation, invoice coding, month end work, journal entries, accruals, prepaid schedules
Coordinates, prepares, and verifies supporting documentation to ensure accurate / timely invoice package preparation and general ledger recording
AP Staff Accountant will input vendor invoices in accounting software (SAP)
General ledger maintenance and aids with month end closing
Performs other duties as assigned
