AP Supervisor

Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a hands-on AP Supervisor to lead a high-volume accounts payable function while mentoring and supporting a growing team.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily accounts payable operations in a fast-paced environment
• Lead, coach, and develop an AP team of 3+ employees
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and vendor payments
• Partner with internal departments to resolve payment and invoice issues
• Maintain strong internal controls and AP best practices
• Support month-end closing activities and reporting as needed
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

What We're Looking For

5+ years of full-cycle corporate Accounts Payable experience
3+ years of supervisory or team lead experience
Experience managing high-volume AP processing
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
