Description
Our Client, an Aerospace and Defense company, is looking for an AP Supplier Refund Analyst for their Lakeland, FL/ Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
- Record all incoming supplier refunds
- Perform daily bank ties for refund bank account(s)
- Perform research to determine appropriate application/disposition for all assigned refund cases
- Prepare required financial entries to accurately transfer refunds to the appropriate supplier or GL account
- Support monthly reporting requirements for leadership
- Support weekly check special handling requirements
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support the organization.
