Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
o Record all incoming supplier refunds
o Perform daily bank ties for refund bank account(s)
o Perform research to determine appropriate application/disposition for all assigned refund cases
o Prepare required financial entries to accurately transfer refunds to the appropriate supplier or GL account
o Support monthly reporting requirements for leadership
o Support weekly check special handling requirements
o Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support the organization.
The typical work schedule is remote with a requirement to support work in the GFS office in Lakeland, FL on Monday mornings.
The candidate must be a U.S. citizen and may not hold dual citizenship due to system and security requirements.
