AP Supplier Refund Analyst

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.
US Citizenship Required. 

• Review and resolve suspected duplicate invoices
• Audit daily wire payments for accuracy
• Validate supplier banking details
• Provide backup support for invoice audits, fraud reviews, and other AP processes

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Very high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes

Preferred Skills
• Experience working in SAP
