  • 10+ years in search/data platforms, including 5+ years of hands-on Apache Solr experience.
  • Deep expertise in SolrCloud, indexing & query optimization, schema design, and analyzers.
  • Strong knowledge of Lucene-based distributed search systems, data modeling, indexing strategies, REST APIs, and search integrations.
  • Experienced in Solr performance tuning, JVM tuning, memory management, capacity planning, and scaling.
  • Proficient with Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, ELK, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
  • Proven track record in platform assessments, technical audits, optimization recommendations, and designing scalable, highly available architectures.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to deliver executive-level recommendations and consulting guidance.
