Pay Range: $65 -$70 /hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data & Analytics Application Developer with strong expertise in Core Java, Apache Spark, Python, SQL, and Linux. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, building, and integrating large-scale analytical systems, developing high-performance server-side applications, and implementing data processing solutions for enterprise environments. The role requires strong problem-solving abilities, application development expertise, and experience working with distributed data processing frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side and analytical applications using Core Java and Python.
• Build and optimize large-scale data processing pipelines using Apache Spark.
• Develop and enhance backend services, APIs, and application components.
• Design and implement efficient database solutions using SQL.
• Integrate multiple data sources and analytical platforms to support business requirements.
• Perform application performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Work in Linux environments for deployment, monitoring, and support activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security requirements, and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and technical mentoring.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong programming experience in Core Java
• Hands-on expertise in Apache Spark
• Proficiency in Python
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Database Design
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments
• Application and Server-Side Development experience
• Experience designing, building, and integrating analytical systems
• Strong understanding of distributed computing and data processing concepts
• Experience with RESTful APIs and system integration

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of data warehousing and big data technologies
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker/Kubernetes
• CI/CD pipeline implementation experience
• Exposure to messaging platforms such as Kafka

Qualifications

• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience with enterprise-scale applications.
• Proven experience delivering high-performance analytical and data-intensive solutions.
