This Eastside apartment complex is looking for a Housekeeper for their complex. This is a temp to hire position. Once the employee has been hired on, they can get a 20% off of monthly rent.

Responsibilities of General Maintenance Tech:
- Clean and maintain Clubhouse, offices, hallways, laundry room, among other tasks
- Doing the final clean of the units after a tenant moves out
Requirements of General Maintenance Tech:
- Able to work in weather elements
- Must have knowledge of commercial or residential cleaning
- Must be able to meet physical aspects of the position
- Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to and from work
- Must pass a pre employment background and drug screen
