Apartment Community Housekeeper

From daily cleaning of apartment homes, office spaces, and other areas on the property, the Community Housekeeper sets the standard for excellence in our apartment homes. You are flexible and able to juggle multiple priorities and interactions with residents and teammates smoothlyWHAT YOU'LL DOGeneral Cleaning tasks for vacant and model units, as well as office space and other areas on the propertyPerforms general housekeeping duties in apartment homes for turnarounds, such as: vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting all cleared flat surfaces.Performs general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor.Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by the supervisor.Always maintains resident confidentiality.Knowledge Skills and Experience RequiredExcellent attention to detailGreat customer service skills and polite attitudeAbility to work quickly and perform quality work under tight deadlinePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
