Prior Community Manager experience in multifamily required
Strong understanding of property financials, budgeting, and asset performance
Proven leadership and team development skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for resident satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
-Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations
-Drive occupancy and revenue through effective leasing, renewals, and retention strategies
-Manage financial performance, including budgeting, and expense control
-Strong desire to lead, train, and develop on-site team members to ensure accountability and consistency
-Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
-Maintain accurate reporting and performance tracking within the property management system

Community Manager – Multifamily
We are seeking a driven and experienced Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations and overall performance of two multifamily communities. This role is responsible for financial results, team leadership, and delivering a strong resident experience while driving occupancy and asset value.
