Apartment Leasing Consultant

Location: Indianapolis, IN 46202
Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
BG Staffing is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Apartment Leasing Consultant to join a residential community in Indianapolis, IN. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced leasing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing inquiries
- Process applications, leases, and follow-ups with prospects
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and future residents
- Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to inquiries promptly
- Help maintain leasing traffic and assist with marketing efforts
- Support the property management team with daily office operations
Qualifications:
- Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, upbeat, and organized
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with property management software is a plus
