Leasing Consultant Responsibilities
- Tour apartment homes and confidently lease units to prospective residents
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong resident relationships
- Manage applications, lease paperwork, and follow-ups with accuracy
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist in daily office operations
- Support marketing efforts and community events
- Assist residents with concerns and submit service requests
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of apartment/multifamily leasing experience REQUIRED
- Knowledge of Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon, or similar software REQUIRED
- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations REQUIRED
- Strong sales ability with a proven track record of closing leases
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision
