Schedule & Pay

• Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• $21/hour

What You'll Do

• Complete apartment turns to prepare units for new residents
• Respond to and complete service requests in a timely manner
• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and functional community environment
• Follow property policies and safety standards

What We're Looking For

• Prior apartment or property maintenance experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of both turns and service work
• Own tools required for the job
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
