Apartment Maintenance Administrator

Aspen Square Management is now accepting applications for an Apartment Maintenance Administrator for Legacy at West Cobb. This is a full-time position, which offers competitive pay and excellent benefits, including health, dental, vision, flexible spending, and 401k with company match.

Essential Department Functions: The Maintenance Administrator is responsible for supporting the maintenance supervisor and team with an emphasis on basic admin, scheduling and staff support.

Duties and Responsibilities: The primary duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following as additional duties may be assigned:

• Provide administrative support to the maintenance team at Legacy at West Cobb
• Scheduling & Service report tracking
• Assist in safety program facilitation
• Microsoft Office functions, scanning, copying, and filing;
• Facilitate database entry, organization, and maintenance;
• Contractor coordination
• Offer exemplary customer service and support while communicating with employees and vendors.
• Uphold Company policies and act in a professional manner

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in administrative field;
• Knowledge or experience in housing or preventative maintenance;
• Outstanding customer service skills;
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to re-prioritize, as needed, in a fast pace environment;
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with a commitment to teamwork;
