We are hiring apartment maintenance technicians for different property management companies around Grand Rapids, MI. Apartment MaintenanceRequirements:
- Painting, drywall repair, light plumbing, fixture repair and replacement
- Building turnovers to prepare for new residents
- Grounds work, snow shoveling, and general support to the team
**Schedule: **8am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday
Pay: $18-24/HR- BOE
Apartment Maintenance Qualifications:
- Ability to use power tools and basic tools
- Must have your own vehicle, a valid driver's license andbasic set of hand tools
- Willingness to work outdoors and indoors and in all kinds of weather conditions
- Previous apartment maintenance experience or construction experience is necessary
- Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis
