Key Responsibilities:

• Complete general repairs and maintenance
• Perform apartment make-ready work
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• Repair doors, cabinets, hardware, fixtures, and other property items
• Use hand and power tools throughout the day
• Complete work orders as assigned

Requirements:

• Apartment, property, building, or make-ready maintenance experience preferred nut not mandatory
• Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or repair knowledge
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Dependable attendance

Hours:

Full-Time Day Shift

Pay:

$17-$19+ / DOE
