Service Manager
Berger Communities is hiring an Apartment MaintenanceManager for The Shoreline Apartments inCleveland, OH. We’re looking for someone who’s hands-on, team-driven, and takes pride in delivering top-notch service every day.
In this role, you’ll be leading a skilled maintenance team, tackling challenges head-on, and keeping our community in great shape. One day you might be troubleshooting a repair, the next you’re coaching your team or finding ways to improve efficiency. If you’re a natural problem-solver who enjoys both leading and doing, you’ll thrive here.
Pay & Benefits
- $29–$32/hour, paid biweekly, plus:
- Monthly renewal bonus
- Work order completion bonuses
- $140/week on-call bonus

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our apartment community running smoothly. That means:
- Handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
- Getting empty homes move-in ready
- Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
- Doing preventive maintenance and inspections
- Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts
- Creating a great resident experience with friendly, professional service
