Apartment Maintenance Service Technician

Providence Real Estate is currently seeking an Apartment Maintenance Service Technician to join our team at 2211 Grand Isle Apartments in Brandon, FL. This full-time position is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys maintaining a well-run residential community. 2211 Grand Isle is a 390-unit community, so this role offers plenty of variety and the chance to make a real impact on the day-to-day resident experience.This role supports the day-to-day maintenance operations of the property, helping ensure residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment. The technician will respond to service requests, assist with apartment turns, and perform a variety of repairs throughout the community. Our goal is to provide a stable workplace where experienced maintenance professionals can build a reliable and rewarding career.What You'll DoDiagnose and complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance repairsPrepare apartments for move-in (make-readies) to company standardsComplete service requests efficiently and document work order logs accuratelyMaintain curb appeal, common areas, and preventative maintenance schedules across the 390-unit communityFollow EPA refrigerant reporting and log requirementsParticipate in a rotating on-call schedule for maintenance emergenciesCommunicate professionally with residents and the onsite teamIn this role, your work helps maintain the overall quality and reputation of the community.
