Job Description
Starting Rate of Pay of $36.00 hourly based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, on-call availability required
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, flooring, and general maintenance
- Manage unit turnover and move-in/move-out processes
- Oversee work order systems, ensuring timely completion and accurate updates
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
- Coordinate and schedule contractors, vendors, and third-party services
- Execute routine preventative maintenance to extend equipment and property life
- Collaborate with the Property Manager on project updates, unit turns, and work order progress
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational goals
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- HVAC Certification required, CAM-T strongly preferred
- Heat Pump experience required
- Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Knowledge of OSHA safety rules and regulations
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Superior customer service skills, with professionalism in handling resident concerns
- Comfort with technology and work order management systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential multifamily or facility maintenance
