Apartment Maintenance Supervisor Technician

Maintenance Supervisor (Apartment Community) ? Tustin, CA 92780 ? $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Are you an experienced apartment maintenance professional ready to lead a team and make an impact? We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for a well-established 192-unit apartment community in Tustin, CA.

Position Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the community, ensuring resident satisfaction, property appearance, and operational efficiency. This role will oversee a team consisting of 1 Maintenance Technician and 1 Porter and will report directly to the Community Manager, Dulce.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations
• Lead and mentor maintenance staff to ensure quality work and productivity
• Perform and oversee preventive maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building systems
• Manage work orders and ensure timely completion
• Maintain property curb appeal and community standards
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of apartment maintenance experience required
• Previous Maintenance Supervisor experience required
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
• HVAC Certification preferred, but not required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
