We are seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. This Canidate will be responsible for maintaining Apartment Units, common areas and property grounds to ensure a safe a clean living environment for our Residents
Job Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs in occupied and vacant apartments
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electricial, HVAC, appliances and carpentry issues
Complete workorders in a timely and professional manner
Prepare vacant units for new Residents
Maintain property grounds and common areas
Follow Safety policies and procedures

Qualifications
Previous Apartment Maintenance or related experience preferred
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall and appliance repair
HVAC Certification a Plus
Ability to use hand and power tools
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as climbing a ladder, bending and standing for extended periods
Must pass a criminal back ground test and drug screen
