BG Staffing is currently seeking a skilled and dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a well-maintained residential community in Plainsboro Township, NJ. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on professional looking for stable weekday hours and competitive pay.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment homes and common areas
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general carpentry
- Complete work orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Ensure apartments are move-in ready, including turns and preventive maintenance
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and onsite staff
Qualifications:
- Prior apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred
- Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
