Qualifications:
Previous apartment maintenance Big Plus
Experience with work orders and apartment turns
HVAC certification is a plus but not required
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
Must have reliable transportation and your own basic tools
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work both indoors and outdoors
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dependable attendance
Responsibilities:
Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
Perform apartment make-readies for new residents
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues
Complete preventive maintenance throughout the property
Maintain the grounds and common areas as needed
Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company standards
Provide excellent customer service to residents
