We are looking to hire the absolute BEST and BRIGHTEST to join our team of dedicated professionals at The Aventine at Oakhurst North Community. This beautifully maintained Property is looking to select a sharp and experienced Maintenance Technician to help maintain the property at the top-notch level!

The solid onsite team is looking for a customer service focused, organized, self-driven, passionate individual.

Responsibilities

-Prioritizing and completing work and repair orders in a timely fashion

· Keeping the community clean and well maintained

· Utilize your troubleshooting skills to respond to a wide variety of residential service requests in a timely and professional manner

· Prepare apartment homes for rent

· Perform routine preventive maintenance

· Maintain material and supply inventory

· Oversee work performed by outside contractors

· Ensure that any unresolved maintenance issues or concerns are reported to the Management

· Ability to work on-call hours in a weekly rotation among a staff of 5.

Requirements

· Previous experience (2 years) in a technician position in apartment industry

· Possession of tools needed to perform routine maintenance tasks.

· Dedication to exceeding the needs of all customers with an ability to build and maintain relationships.

· Demonstrate thoroughness, accuracy, and organization when accomplishing tasks.

· EPA & CPO Certification Preferred

· Ability to pass a criminal background and drug screening.

· Must have your own general tools.

· Ability to handle physical workload.

· Deadline and detail-oriented.

· Ability to use electronic communication professionally and efficiently.

· Must be a team player.

· Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
