What you'll do:

• Complete service requests and repairs in a timely, professional manner

• Perform preventive maintenance on property equipment and systems

• Assist with unit turns: painting, cleaning, and minor repairs

• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of common areas

What we're looking for:

• Maintenance Tech in apartment or property maintenance

• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair

• EPA 608 certification preferred

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Pay: $20-$23, paid weekly
