Compensation & Benefits:
$22.00-$27.00 per hour DOE
Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses
On-call bonus structure up to $100/week

80 hours during Year 1
120 hours during Years 2-4

What You'll Do:
What We're Looking For:
At least 1 year of apartment maintenance, residential maintenance, or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
Working knowledge of:
Plumbing repairs
Electrical troubleshooting
Appliance repair
Drywall, painting, and carpentry
Water heaters and HVAC systems
EPA, HVAC/Boiler, or CPO certifications are a plus but not required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work either Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM or 9:30 AM-6:00 PM.
Ability to participate in the on-call rotation approximately 1 week every 7 weeks.
Strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently.
