Role ScopeAs an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you’ll deliver reliable Apartment Maintenance that protects resident satisfaction and building performance across our multifamily community.Key responsibilities:- Complete resident work orders and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance issues- Execute make ready work, apartment turns, and unit turns to prepare homes for move-in- Perform preventive maintenance and support ongoing building maintenance in common areas and core systems- Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to urgent repair needs as scheduledRequired qualifications/skills:- 1-2years’ experience in multifamily maintenance or as a Property Maintenance Technician / Residential Maintenance -Technician- Strong troubleshooting across trades; HVAC Technician background and EPA 608 preferred- Professional communication, sound judgment, and a safety-first approachIf you’re ready to drive outcomes with senior-level ownership, apply today.Total RewardsCompetitive total compensation at $24–$25 per hour, plus Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage. You move between apartments and shared spaces with the right parts and plan in hand, documenting progress as you go. Midday often includes quick pivots for resident needs, then focused blocks to keep turns on track for upcoming move-ins. You wrap by confirming open items, staging for tomorrow, and—when it’s your week—staying ready for after-hours calls in the rotation. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.
