Maintenance Technician | Columbus, OH | Full-Time | Regular
Multifamily Housing | Pay: $24-32 per hour

We are looking for a career oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team in Columbus, OH. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.
What We Offer:
Pay: $24.00-$32.00
PLUS quarterly bonus up to $750.00
$100.00 on-call bonus

Job Duties:
- Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
- Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone
- Snow removal
What we need from you:
- HVAC or EPA Certification preferred
- Drywalling including painting and carpentry
- Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
- Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
- Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal
- Water heater knowledge both electric and gas
