KEO Management is hiring a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to help take care of our apartment communities across the Dayton area.

We need someone who can show up, solve problems, work independently, and take pride in doing the job right.

What You’ll Do

• Complete apartment work orders
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, locks, doors, and general repairs
• Help get vacant units ready for new residents
• Keep properties clean, safe, and in good condition
• Communicate when parts, access, or extra help are needed

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of maintenance experience
• Apartment, hotel, residential, or similar experience preferred
• Basic plumbing and electrical skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic hand tools
• Smartphone comfort
• Dependable, respectful, and able to work without being babysat

Pay and Benefits

• $23-$26/hour, based on experience
