Position Details

• Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Industry: Multifamily/Apartment Maintenance
• Location: Multiple opportunities available

Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician, you will assist with:

• Completing light maintenance work orders
• Performing apartment unit turns and make-ready tasks
• Basic repairs and general property upkeep
• Maintaining clean, safe, and attractive apartment communities
• Supporting maintenance teams with daily operational needs

Qualifications

• Basic maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to perform light repair and maintenance tasks
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional attitude and commitment to quality service

Dress Code

• Maintenance work attire required
• No ripped clothing
• Closed-toe work shoes or boots recommended
