POSITION: Full-time Maintenance Technician

SCHEDULE: 8:30-5:30PM Monday through Friday, On-call every other week ($100 bonus for weeks on-call and min of 1.5hrs for emergencies)

COMPENSATION: $21-23 an hour plus a quarterly bonus of up to $750

Responsibilities:

  • Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
  • Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
  • Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
  • Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
  • Exterior structural maintenance as needed
  • Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed
  • Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ year experience in the maintenance field preferred
  • 6+ months experience in apartment maintenance
  • Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
  • Plumbing and electrical experience
  • EPA Universal Certification a plus
  • CPO Certification a plus
  • Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
  • Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)
