Key Responsibilities

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring units are move-in ready and up to quality standards. Responsibilities include:

• Completing vacant unit turnovers efficiently and thoroughly

• Performing general maintenance tasks such as:

• Basic plumbing and electrical repairs

• Drywall patching and painting

• Fixture and hardware replacement

• Inspecting units to ensure they meet company quality standards

• Addressing maintenance work orders as assigned

• Assisting with preventative maintenance tasks throughout the property

• Maintaining clean and safe work areas

Preferred Skills & Experience

We are looking for candidates with strong technical ability and a proactive mindset:

• Previous apartment maintenance or property maintenance experience required
• Experience with unit turns/turnovers strongly preferred
• Knowledge of washers and dryers (installation, troubleshooting, and minor repairs) is a big plus
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
