We are seeking a highly skilled Apartment Certified Technician who can independently handle a wide range of maintenance, installation, and repair tasks across our residential community. This role requires a technician who is confident, experienced, and capable of delivering high‑quality work without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Appliance Installation & Repair
Stove installation and repair
Dishwasher installation, troubleshooting, and repair
Washer and dryer installation and repair
Plumbing Skills
Toilet installation, repair, and maintenance
Hook‑up plumbing for appliances and fixtures
Basic leak repairs, drain issues, and fixture replacements
Electrical Tasks
Thermostat installation and troubleshooting
Switch plate replacement and minor electrical repairs
Ceiling fan installation and repair
HVAC Knowledge
Ability to troubleshoot basic HVAC issues
Understanding of system components and maintenance needs
EPA certification preferred but not required for this posting unless you want it added
