Hiring Immediately Apartment Maintenance Technician
Position Title: Apartment Maintenance Technician (Full-time)
This position is responsible for carrying out general repairs and preventative maintenance to using basic skills in electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry work for apartments and single familiy homes.
Pay:
$20.00
**Shift Schedule:
**1st shift- Monday-Friday – Some OT
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in apartment multi-family or housing maintenance, construction, or trade
- Knowledgeable with Plumbing (leaks, clogs, fixture replacement), Electrical (outlets, switches, lighting), HVAC systems (basic troubleshooting, filter replacement), and Carpentry (doors, cabinets, drywall repair)
- Painting and unit turn preparation
- Able to lift 50lbs and climb ladders - Own basic tools
- Positive attitude, highly organized and energetic
- Valid driver’s license required
