We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Make Ready Technician / Porter to join our apartment community team in Fort Worth, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
• Perform basic repairs, painting, cleaning, and touch-ups
• Maintain property grounds, amenities, and common areas
• Assist with trash removal and curb appeal
• Support the maintenance team with daily tasks and work orders

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment, porter, make-ready, or maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors as needed
