• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Duration: 2-Day Assignment
• Pay Rate: $23.00/hour
• Location: Grove City, OH 43123

Responsibilities:

• Complete basic apartment maintenance tasks
• Assist with work orders, repairs, and unit turns
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

• Basic maintenance experience required
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification is a plus
• Reliable and able to work independently
