Compensation & Benefits:

  • $18.00-$21.00 per hour DOE

  • Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses

  • On-call bonus structure up to $100/week

  • 80 hours during Year 1

Responsibilities:

  • Complete resident service requests in a timely manner
  • Perform apartment turns and general repairs
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
  • Complete painting, drywall, and light carpentry work
  • Assist with preventative maintenance and property upkeep
  • Maintain organization and safety within the maintenance shop
  • Participate in the on-call rotation schedule

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of apartment or facility maintenance experience preferred

  • Working knowledge of:

  • Plumbing systems and fixture repairs

  • Electrical troubleshooting and repairs

  • Appliance repair

  • Drywall, painting, and carpentry

  • Water heaters and HVAC systems

  • EPA, HVAC/Boiler, or CPO certifications are a plus

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

  • Ability to work a Monday-Friday either 8AM to 5PM

  • Ability to work on-call 1 week every other week
