Apartment Maintenance Technician | Up to $960 WEEKLY!

Key Requirements:
- Maintenance, handyman, or apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Experience with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, or general repairs required
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Must have valid DL with clean MVR
- Must be dependable, professional, and willing to learn
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
Shifts:
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- 40 hours weekly
