YEAR-ROUND STABLE 40 HOUR WORK in Lima Ohio at Northlake Village Apartments!

POSITION: Apartment (Multifamily) Maintenance Technician

SCHEDULE: 8-5PM Monday through Friday, On-call once every 2 weeks ($100 bonus for weeks on-call and min of 1.5hrs paid for call outs)

COMPENSATION: $20-22 an hour plus a quarterly bonus of up to $750, $500 a year in tool reimbursement and much more!

Responsibilities:

  • Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
  • Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
  • Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
  • Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
  • Exterior structural maintenance as needed
  • Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed
  • Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ year experience in the maintenance field preferred
  • 1+ months experience in apartment maintenance
  • Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
  • Plumbing and electrical experience
  • EPA HVAC Certification a plus
  • CPO Certification a plus
  • Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
  • Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)
